Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Cruise Club Agency ("the Company") and its members in connection with the use of the Company's services.

Article 2 (Membership)

Membership is established once a user agrees to these Terms and the Company accepts the application.

Article 3 (Scope of service)

The Company provides cruise voyage booking, member-only fares, and the agency program.

Article 4 (Booking and payment)

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed in full, using a method designated by the Company.

Article 5 (Cancellation and refunds)
